Community Support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
During the month of October, many local business and organizations host fundraising events and/or sell products to help raise awareness and funds for the Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund at Frederick Memorial Hospital. We are grateful for the generosity and support of our community.

Pink Light Bulb & Pinwheel Sales – Please check back for more information.
Thurmont Think Pink 5K Run/Walk – The 5K will be held on Saturday, October 22, beginning at 8:00 AM at Eyler Road Park. The event will provide awards for overall male and female top 5 finishers. Each participant will also receive a Think Pink t-shirt and other goodies. The cost of the event is $25 per participant; $35 the day of the event.
